Toad Hollow Farm is a biodynamic HOMESTEAD supporting the growth of animals, plants and humans, slowly developed and maintained by Mark Keoppen and Wendy Townsend.
The health of the soil and the WELLBEING of the animals always comes first.
Spanning 22 acres, the farm consists of several barns, coops and sheds located to rotate animals between the FIELD & FOREST.
Every SEASON brings something new with constant experimentation.
From coleslaw to black garlic to prosciutto, fermentation is key to LIFE on the farm.
Each year the farm's capacity grows with opportunity for neighbors to commit to the JOYFUL LABOR of working with the land and animals.
